Agreement

By using the Khaytly website (khaytly.com) or product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Khaytly provides software tools for tailor shop operations, including customers, measurements, orders, production stages, customer updates, deliveries, and related workflows. We also publish educational articles and marketing pages about atelier operations. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and shops you manage.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and use the product for legitimate business purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, scrape the site in abusive ways, upload malware, or use the product for unlawful activity. Do not use public article or marketing pages to host spam, deceptive content, or anything that violates advertising or publisher policies when interacting with our site.

Your content

You retain ownership of the shop and customer data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that data only to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store customer information in your shop workspace.

Website content

Articles and guides on khaytly.com are for general educational purposes about tailor shop operations. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Product descriptions should be read together with the live admin experience and pricing page.

Trials, billing, and subscriptions

Free trials and paid subscriptions are described on the Pricing page and in the admin. Fees, renewals, and cancellation options depend on the plan you activate. Unpaid or abusive accounts may be limited or closed.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages may occur. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party networks, messaging platforms, or hosting incidents outside our reasonable control.

Third-party services

The site may link to third parties (for example WhatsApp, analytics, advertising, or affiliate product pages). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Advertising, when enabled, is governed in part by Google’s policies and our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khaytly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
