Our mission
Khaytly exists so tailor shops can run customers, measurements, multi-item orders, floor stages, WhatsApp updates, and deliveries in one calm workspace — without forcing ateliers into enterprise ERP theatre or notebook chaos.
We build software for how real ateliers work: fittings that slip, rush weeks that arrive every season, stitchers who need a clear queue, and owners who need to know what is due tomorrow without opening fifteen chats.
The problem we solve
Many shops still keep measurements in paper books, order status in WhatsApp memory, and “who is sewing what” in someone’s head. That works at low volume. It breaks when wedding parties, Eid peaks, or multi-garment orders stack up. Customers ask “where is my order?” while the floor cannot see blockers. Remakes appear because ease notes never reached the cutter.
Khaytly replaces that fragmentation with shared stages, measurement sets by garment type, order lines with due dates, and customer-facing status paths — so the team stays on the machine and the customer still feels informed.
What we care about
- Clarity on the floor — who is sewing what, and what is due next.
- Respect for atelier reality — fittings, alterations, advances and balances, handovers.
- Honest scope — we focus on operations workflow, not claiming every POS or tax feature under the sun.
- Software that stays out of the way until you need it.
- Practical education — articles that help owners improve intake, boards, and communication even before they subscribe.
Who Khaytly is for
Independent shops, small teams, and growing ateliers — especially in markets like the UAE where WhatsApp is the counter and rush seasons are predictable. If you need calm multi-item order tracking more than a barcode cash drawer, you are our audience.
How we publish
Our public site includes product pages, solutions for regional workflows, and long-form articles on shop operations. We aim for useful, structured guides — not thin placeholder posts. Legal and trust pages (privacy, terms, cookies, contact, FAQ) stay available in the footer on every marketing page.
Who writes the articles
Imam Hasan — Founder, Khaytly
Builds Khaytly for tailor shops and ateliers — customers, measurements, multi-item orders, floor stages, and WhatsApp updates. Writes practical shop-operations guides from real UAE atelier workflows.
