This Privacy Policy explains what information Khaytly (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit khaytly.com, create a shop account, or use our tailor shop operations software, and how we use, store, and share that information.
We designed this policy for atelier owners, staff, and website visitors. If you use the product to store customer measurements or order data, you remain the controller of that shop data; we process it only to provide the service you requested.
Who we are
Khaytly is operations software for tailor shops. Our public website (khaytly.com) explains the product, publishes practical articles for atelier owners, and offers contact, trial, and account access. Privacy and support requests: imamhsn195@gmail.com or use our Contact page.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide when you register (such as name, email, and password).
- Shop and customer data you enter into the product to run your atelier (customers, measurements, orders, payments notes, deliveries).
- Newsletter and contact form details when you choose to share them.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy and in the advertising section below.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the product and website.

We do not knowingly use AdSense on pages that collect sensitive personal data for advertising targeting. Product admin pages (behind login) are not used for AdSense placements. When ads are disabled in our configuration, the ad units will not render even if verification tags are present.

The service is intended for business users and adults running tailor shops. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or account creation.

You can update account details in the admin, unsubscribe from newsletters, opt out of personalized ads as described above, or contact us to request access or deletion where applicable. Shop owners remain responsible for lawful handling of their own customer records.
Changes
